Baymag is committed to protecting the privacy, accuracy and security of Personal Information under its control.

We collect business contact information from our customers and suppliers to be used for business communications (e.g. name, title, business address, business telephone number and business e-mail address). Personal information does not include information that cannot be associated with an identifiable individual.

Baymag collects, uses and discloses Personal Information for its reasonable business purposes with the consent of the affected individuals, except where it is permitted by law to do so without consent. Baymag is accountable for Personal Information under its control. Baymag ensures that Personal Information is accurate and up-to-date. Baymag will inform individuals about its policies and practices that apply to their Personal Information. Upon request, individuals will be granted access to their Personal Information and Baymag’s collection, use and disclosure practices. These individuals may verify the accuracy and completeness of their Personal Information and request appropriate amendments.
